REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving purchase with original receipt:
Full Refunds with original receipt on Unopened & Unused Items with Non Sales Price.
AFTER 30 DAYS: A store credit will apply to Unopened & Unused items.
-Used portions of products can be, but not always exchanged or obtain store credits.
With some exceptions of Supplements, 30% restocking fees apply to Opened, Used, or Damaged items.
SALES, DISCOUNTED & PROMOTIONAL PRICE, MAKEUP, COMBOS & GIFTS are FINAL (no exchange or refund).
ITEMS with Used Gifts along will get Refunds or Store Credits LESS Gifts in the Original Values.
EXAMPLE ORDER:
-PURCHASE: 1 DLUX Total Serum, free 1 Cleanser.
-RETURN UnOpened DLUX Serum with the Opened Used Cleanser.
-REFUND: Serum (-) Cleanser (Current Original Price)
Once receive the products shipped back to us, returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
